On Saturday, August 16, 2025, the Salem Jazz and Soul Festival will return to the Salem Willows for its 19th season! The free, all-day, community-run concert will feature talented musicians from around the region, an education tent, and a curated vendor’s fair.
We ask that you contribute to the North Shore’s creative economy by sponsoring the Salem Jazz and Soul Festival, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that produces free concerts and raises money to support music education programs on Massachusetts’ North Shore. Your donation will help produce the festival’s 2025 season and further its mission. Since 2007, the festival has staged over 100 free concerts and donated over $70,000 to music education programs around the North Shore.
SPONSOR/SUPPORTER OPPORTUNITIES
Title Sponsor: For $10,000, the Title Sponsor will receive prominent recognition with a downtown banner placement and main stage banner (24 sq ft). Their logo will appear on festival t-shirts, posters, and the festival website. They will receive 12 VIP bags and a VIP parking space.
Festival Sponsor: For $5,000, Festival Sponsors receive main stage banner placement (24 sq ft), logo presence on festival t-shirts, posters, and the festival website. Benefits include 6 VIP bags and a VIP parking space.
Education Sponsor: For $2,500, the Education Sponsor receives dedicated Education banner placement (24 sq ft) and location banner (24 sq ft). Their logo appears on festival t-shirts, posters, and the website. They receive 4 VIP bags and special signage at the festival’s Education Tent.
Charleshurst Sponsor: For $1,500, Charleshurst Sponsors receive a 16 sq ft location banner, recognition on festival t-shirts, posters, and the website, plus 2 VIP bags.
Neighborhood Sponsor: For $1,000, Neighborhood Sponsors receive a 7.5 sq ft location banner, recognition on festival t-shirts, posters, and the website, plus 2 VIP bags.
Performance Sponsor: For $500, Performance Sponsors receive an 8 sq ft location banner, recognition on the festival website, and 2 VIP bags.
Individual Sponsor: For $250, Individual Sponsors receive recognition on the festival website.

The festival takes place on August 16 (Saturday) at Salem Willows, featuring a 21-plus beer garden, an artisan’s fair, a kids tent, free music-education classes and more.
