2024 Sponsorship Opportunities
On Saturday, August 17, 2024, the Salem Jazz and Soul Festival will return to the Salem Willows for its 18th season! The free, all-day, community-run concert will feature talented musicians from around the region, an education tent and a curated vendor’s fair.
We ask that you contribute to the North Shore’s creative economy by sponsoring the Salem Jazz and Soul Festival, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that produces free concerts and raises money to support music education programs on Massachusetts’ North Shore. Your donation will help produce the festival’s 2024 season and further its mission. Since 2007, the festival has staged over 100 free concerts and donated over $70,000 to music education programs around the North Shore.
SPONSOR/SUPPORTER OPPORTUNITIES – Printable PDF
Title Sponsor: For $6,000, the exclusive Title Sponsor will be recognized as the festival’s main sponsor, with its logo on posters, cards, T-shirts, and our website. The Title Sponsor’s signage will also be on a banner to hang downtown pre-festival and on each side of the stage on Aug. 17. We will mention the company from the stage between each performance set and reserve six VIP seats and SJSF swag bags. The Title Sponsor will get one VIP parking space.
Education Sponsor: For $3,500, the exclusive Education Sponsor will help fund the education tent, donations to be made for local music-education programs, camps, scholarships, and workshops to be announced at the main event. The Education Sponsor will have its logo on posters, cards, T-shirts, and our website. The Education Sponsor’s signage will also be on a banner to hang downtown pre-festival and on each side of the Music-Education Tent stage on Aug. 17. We will mention the company from the stage between each performance set and reserve four VIP seats and SJSF swag bags. The Education Sponsor will get one VIP parking space.
Charleshurst Sponsor: For $2,500, Charleshurst Sponsors will have their logos on posters, cards, T-shirts and our website. We will mention your company’s name from the stage between each performance set and reserve two VIP seats and SJSF swag bags. Also, a 16-square-foot banner with your logo will hang at the festival.
Festival Sponsor: For $1,500, Festival Sponsors will have their logos on posters, cards, T-shirts and our website. We will mention your company’s name on the stage twice and reserve two VIP seats and SJSF swag bags. Also, a 12-square-foot banner with your logo will hang at the festival.
Neighborhood Sponsor: For $1,000, the Neighborhood Sponsor will have their name printed in the festival program, be mentioned on the mainstage once, and receive two SJSF swag bags. Also, an 8-square-foot banner with your name or logo will hang at the festival.
Performance Sponsor: For $500, sponsor a performer, be recognized on our website and media postings, and receive an SJSF swag bag.
Individual Sponsor: For $250, the Individual Sponsor will recognized on our website and receive an SJSF swag bag.
