2025 Festival Volunteering The Salem Jazz and Soul Festival will take place on Saturday, August 16th*, 2025, at Salem Willows. We offer flexible 4-hour shifts to accommodate your schedule:

• Early Setup Shift: 8 AM - 12 PM

• Festival Shifts: 11 AM - 7 PM (various time slots available)

Festival Day Volunteer Roles:

• Setup and Construction (Morning)

• Artist Hospitality

• Volunteer Check-in

• Beer Garden Operations (ID checking and sales)

• Music Education Tent Support

• General Festival Support

• Breakdown and Cleanup (Evening)
